I never 'manufacture' positions. Every now and then a position will arise and I'll post a variant instead of the original because I think it's more challenging/instructive but I don't sit around willy nilly tossing in junk positions hoping to find material. Almost everything I post comes from me playing XG.

Why do you think this position is so weird? Seems normal enough to me where some early game hitting, escaping, and more hitting took place.
