Pointing on the 3 wins more g's but loses more games. Are the extra g's enough to make up for the extra losses? I don't think so. If you PoH, White will still often anchor on your 1 or 2 in which case your g chances will be in the 15% to 30% range (depending on which point White anchors on). If Blue hits loose after White enters, that could be a problem given White's 4-point board. Also, if you PoH, White has those D2 and D1 jokers from the roof. 13/8 13/9 looks better to me.
