I vote for fewest shots by making the 2-point even though it's going to be difficult to clear the 15 and 13-points without the 8-point as a landing spot. 15/8 leaves 5 extra shots plus some double jeopardy as we'll have 10 numbers that will leave another direct if this one is missed. 15/9 15/14 leaves 13 shots at 2 blots but is easier to cleanup if White fails to hit.

White's hits on his next shake are mostly game-winning shots but his non-hitters will often force him to weaken his 5 prime, so future hits won't be quite as harmful.

2nd choice is to dup 2s with 15/9 15/14.
