I use Mozilla Firefox for your forum and for GammonOnline and get different situation for those sites. I have open tabs for those sites in same Firefox window. I can't compare with Internet Explorer because I don't use it for these sites and IE have it's own history/cash so I get blue colour for all posts because I didn't read those pages with IE ever. Firefox keep red colour for already read posts on your forum maybe one week in my case (I can't say exactly, I didn't measure, this is just guess).
