Of the remaining 30/36 games, White redoubles before rolling in all of them. How does this change the analysis?

I didn't think of that, but you're right. With 19/36 to win it is correct for white to double. But I don't see how it changes anything - usually you don't want to eat a four cube, but at ~47% GWC it's not something to be afraid of.
