21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 put two on the roof but don't close them out. Are those 9 double hits market losers? Maybe. How about the single hits? 11, 16, and 66 fail to hit, the other 31 shakes send at least one checker to the roof.

That's a lot of hits. With one on the bar and blue aiming at two blots, that might lose the market. And the non-hitters keep white's game alive unless she shakes one of the few jokers. So, I'll ship it as per O'Hagan's law.

With nine off, white will still be about 60% GWC if blue closes one of her checkers out. Seems to me that blue needs to close out two to ice the game, but one may have to do - 40% GWC is still decent odds.
