Any 9,10,11, or 12 plus 44 will put this out of reach for white. That's 14 rolls if I counted right. 11 and 12 allow only a double indirect while 22, 53, and 62 expose only a single direct. So, 20 shakes put blue in a very good position.

The 16 shakes that leave a double direct are problematic. Does white have a rewhip when blue fails to shake one of those 20 "good" rolls? I think so, since she's better than 50% to hit and it will be basically last roll. So almost half the time blue eats a 16 cube, but with ~40% GWC, so seems like a cube. I'll go with R/T.
