I think it's slightly better to cover the ace with 6/1 6/3. I'd guess you'll be about a 2/1 fav if White rolls a 6 and a huge fav if not. If you break the 7 and White dances, you'll be a large fav but all of your 6s except 61 will leave another shot (D6 leaves a double shot). If White rolls a hitting ace, 61 likely wins right away and we'll have a 6 rolling contest on the other aces. Could be wrong, but the safer play looks better to me.
