First of all congrats with your semifinal place in Monaco Achim!
About your experience with mr. Sequeira: I don't like it myself either to call a tournament director when my opponent is misbehaving. The atmosphere will become very tensed, which might influence your play as much.
But actually I had an incident with your opponent a long time ago in a little tournament in Spain. He was behaving the same as against you, moving with both hands and many times rolling when I was still playing my move. When he rolled too early once again I decided to call the tournament director, coincidentally this was mr Markowitz then too. Sequeira made quite a row but he did stop rolling too soon afterwards.
