If the position is not gin after a play, you have to consider the opponent's reply.
So yes, the attack is materializing for the two reasons : the attack on the ace point and the additional builder on the 7 point. But how strong it will be ?
All replies from White are better for Blue if you play the 6 as you suggested - 13/7 instead of 20/14. And in addition to the bad 3s (6s are neutral for this specific play) for White, you can add the 5s, 4s, 2s and 1s. Select the two best moves in XG, and click on dice distribution to get the details.
