No Jacoby, but Beaver? What planet is this?

Any 1, 6, 7, or 9 hits (or alternatively 23, 35, 44, and 55 don't for a total of 7) and it looks like hit/dance is a market loser. Seems to meet the requisite 9, but it's not so good for blue when missed. Might even be a rewhip?

If the rewhip is a cash, then we're basically at last roll, so the cube would be clear. But I'm not sure about the rewhip, let alone the cash part.

Looks like a take, but since some will pass I'll ship it and maybe white's mistake will be larger than mine.
