It makes sense when you take a second break it down but who does that in this type of position? It's so natural to break from the back (unless it's higher numbers + an ace, then we look). I don't feel like I've seen this exception before which is a rarity. I guess we almost never come to something like this because we have to have killed the spares for it to come up and the opponent needs to have multiple men on the bar. If he had only one up it is clear to clear from the rear.
