4 PR difference

What are the better player's match winning chances when trailing 7a-Crawford when the trailer has a 4 PR advantage? Kit Woolsey asked me yesterday at the Denver tournament. My guess was 10.5% to 11% since it's ~9% between two even players. Kit thinks my guess is too low. Maybe Stick or someone can put it in GNU'staggered PR table?
