Certainly a take since 19 numbers don't get the straggler to a safe place and most of these 19 leave a double shot. White's hits will then mostly be game-winners plus White has some racing chances. OTOH, Blue's 17 good numbers are big market losers along with sequences where Blue leaves a shot but White fails to hit. So it looks like a pretty volatile position where owning the cube isn't going to be worth much so I vote for R/T.
