I count 19 rolls that fail to clear the runner (any 1, 22, 24, 33, 44 64, 66).

The other 17 would appear to be market losers.

If blue fails to clear, white still needs to hit, but other than 51 they all leave a double shot. ~50% to leave a double shot and a bit more than 50% to hit, seems to clearly add up to enough to take.

I think the cube decision hangs on the cube action after failing to clear. Does white have a re-whip to 16 then? She's more than 50% to win, and if she misses it's probably a re-re-whip for blue.

This could get expensive, and with actual money on the line, I'd hold. But there's not, so I'll ship it.
