I usually don't look at bot results (or other people's posts) But having already seen the rollout for the previous position I can't help but be influenced by the result.

Which is to say that there are almost no gammons for white, so the point of taking one off the ace is to force white to hit, not to save the gammon.

Does that make a difference? An additional checker off brings blue's winning chances up a bit after the closeout, and it's already higher than the reference position due to white's homeboard checkers being on the three instead of the ace. So, maybe, but since I don't do QF I'll simply make the same play. 6/3* 1/off and take my lumps in the rollout.
