I read somewhere that a 32 ELO advantage equals about a 1 pr edge. If so then 300 is about a 9 pr advantage. The tp between two even players is ~18.5% so a big pass in this position. I'd guess the weaker player's tp is in the 12& to 13% range. It looks like White's winning chances are roughly in this range and White's position is super easy to play so I vote for D/T.
