Might be a double at a normal match score so definitely a double for money because of Jacoby. Is it an easy take or a beaver for White? Blue has 16 hitters including 4 double hitters. Blue will have great g chances after a double hit or a single hit/dance sequence. If Blue dances or enters without hitting, White can at least cash the game. I think White will be TG if Blue dances and should cash if Blue rolls a non-hitting 61 or 31. On these 20 rolls by Blue, I'll estimate that White will win 15 single games, 3.5 gammons, and 1.5 single game losses.
How do the wins, losses, and g wins look after Blue's 16 hitters? I'd guess 4.5 single wins for Blue, 10 g wins, and 1.5 single losses.
So altogether White wins 20 out of 36 but loses a net of 6.5 gammons. That's the same equity as winning 16.75 single games while losing the other 19.25. Will owning the cube be enough to make White a cubeful favorite in this game?
I think it will even though owning the cube will be less valuable than normal in this position. Doube/beaver!
