I count 16 market losers (any 5, 41, 21 & 11). That's usually enough to double, but the 16 dancing numbers make me think it's not a cube. Call me chicken, but I'll hold here.

OTOH, if white always has a cash after a miss, it's basically last roll, but I'm not seeing how blue is 50% GWC even if it is a last roll position.
