22/18 8/2 or 8/2 18/14 at this basically DMP score? If the race was close or if we were ahead, I think running off the anchor would be clear. Does the fact that we'll still be down 29 pips after the play change our choice? Not sure but I think it does. Keeping the 22 gains quite a bit on White's 51 and D1 and also on those sequences when White does enter and later escapes. This 22-point game rates to be better than normal since White has 5 checkers behind our anchor. 8/2 18/14 is my choice.
