13/9 4/3 is a type of play I see the bot make a lot--making a "bananas pre-split" when it is unlikely to get a shot next turn, for the sake of greater flexibility and/or more rapid board building.

Here the chance of getting a later shot is so low that it's hard to justify the cost after White's immediate 33.

I'm going to go meta-QF here and guess that the bot slightly prefers 13/9 4/3, but is overturned on rollout.
