Race is about even, we've escaped our runners, her board is much stronger than ours, so I'm inclined to make a save play. Whacking two is always worth a good look, but 6/5*/1* seems too loose here.

8/7 seems like the optimal way to play the ace, then 6/2 only leaves 11 ahots while 13/9 leaves 15 if I counted right. Is unstacking the midpoint while slotting a useful point worth the four extra shots? I think so.

13/9 8/7.
