Making the three point is the "obvious" move. But up by ~40 pips, the game plan is to win by racing, so the three point is less valuable than usual. And since it strips the 8 and 6 points I'll go for playing one off the midpoint. The spares on the 8 should allow us to bear in without too much trouble and we will make the three point in good time.
