The "obvious" play is to make the anchor and play 8/7 (or maybe 6/5?) Bringing one down or slotting the four is more aggressive, but with a roughly even race I don't see the utility of being overly aggressive.

13/11 24/23 looks playable, but I'll go for the "obvious" 24/22 8/7.
