In Response To: Variant with Rollout (4 pip difference) (Nack Ballard)

I assume the difference in Nack's alternative position is that white is better poised to attack the unmade three, but once the three is made that checker must now play beyond the anchor. In the OP that pieced is poised to extend the prime.
