Choices!

20/15*(2) 13/3 - leaves everything in white's outer board

13/3 13/8(2) - leaves the anchor and probably gives white the go ahead to come home while I build an empty house

20/15* 13/3 13/8 - will cover the blot in the home board. While this one leaves other blots, I'm inclined to make this move and take my chances of hitting on the 16 next turn or watch white dance while I bring home my own and close him out. Risky business.
