This isn't quite a race cube. With nine checkers on the midpoints there's still contact - more than one would think, IIRC from some examples in Trice.

If we treat it as a race cube, we can use Axel's Isight method:

Blue needs no adjustment to the count, so his pipcount is 100. 100/6 = `17 , so adding 1/6 and subtracting 2 gives the point of last take == 115 pips.

Add four pips to white's count for the additional crossovers, one pip for the spare on he deuce, and one pip for the gap on the four to give her an adjusted pipcount 111.

Since that's within four of the point of last take, it's a cube. Barely.

Normally, the contact would give white some shot equity, although here blue's better board may tilt the shot equity in his favor. I'd want to see an actual rollout instead of just XGR+ to see how this not-quite-race cube shakes out.

Not perfect, but seems to be the best race cube proxy. See section 5 for how to apply it in practice.

I still use the Trice count most of the time, since it's easier to calculate in my head, but if the Trice count is close I make the extra effort to use Isight.
