OT - Movies for 2026

I often get asked, 'Stick, what do you do with your time?' The truth of it is, as little as possible. I like watching movies, tv shows, reading, and of course diddling around with backgammon, poker, card collecting, and a bunch of other nonsense app games. Last year I made my own lists of tv shows + movies to try to get through. There's so much out there anymore it's impossible for anyone to keep up. (I mean, I just watched Lost for the first time. Welcome to 15 years ago.)

Another issue I have is I love rewatching things I've already seen. When you add that into the mix it's downright impossible to see it all. Also, making it even worse, when a new season of something I'm watching comes out like Severance or Landman or Stranger Things etc...I like to rewatch all the previous seasons leading into the new one.

So I'm looking for movie recommendations for 2026 before I make my list. Anything and everything that has some value I'll consider. Old, new, black and white, silent, foreign, etc... One caveat, don't bother recommending horror. Generally speaking, I don't like it. It does nothing for me.
