Bar/23 13/8

After Bar/18, White has builders for the bar point on the 8, 11 and 13pt, plus plenty of loose, hits while stopping at the 23pt freezes the men on the 8pt, leaving many less point making numbers.

On the other side of the board, 13/8 improves the distribution. It is moderately useful, not merely a lesser evil.

Bar/18 is probably quite a big error.
