Ahead in the race, the game plan seems to be to bear in and off without being hit.

Perhaps it's best to volunteer a shot now while white's board is weak and about to get stronger, but I'm not seeing a blotting play that significantly advances our chances when we're missed. Clearing the eleven point? Making the ten point? Both leave blots in front of the stack that white wants to unload.

I'll go with 6/2, even though it leaves us mostly stripped and runs through the "stop sign". Not sure.
