OK to check positions during breaks?

Chris Yep shared the new rules on FB and during breaks it is OK to get help, including checking positions on the bot. Hence, no rule violation happened. Good to know!

(under the previous rules it would have been a violation - new rules have applied since Jan 2024)

But is it a good rule? The question remains if checking positions is potentially helpful or irrellevant.
