I appreciate your reading my posts so carefully. It makes me want to keep posting. :)

Further, I'm flattered that you think I'm capable of instigating such a subtle ploy.

I also noticed that (last week) when I botched a couple of captions, I mis-corrected myself in a second post, then corrected the correction in a third post. You cleaned all that up perfectly so that my original post was as intended, without the scrappy correction posts. In other words, I was paying attention to your paying such close attention.

As for this thread, the reason I added the word "altogether" (in the post in question) was to reference all four positions in the post: the original plus the three variants. Altogether, in the set of four positions, three best plays are represented. Admittedly, it could have been phrased less ambiguously.

Since your reply has been floating out there for three days (I just noticed), my reply to yours should probably get equal time. You can either leave everything in, or delete both our posts after several more days -- up to you.
