Market losing sequences include almost all 6s along with sequences where Blue dances but White rolls one of the 7 numbers that leave another inner board blot. That's close to 16 ml's. OTOH, the fan-White rolls a 2 occurs 7.5/36 and these are anti-jokers. That's a net of 8.5 net market losers. I don't think that's enough to redouble so NR/T looks right to me.
