$500,000 Added Money Tournament

This tournament is being held by/run by the IBF. It will be held in Tashkent (capital of Uzbekistan) From March 22nd - March 29th. Here you can see the rules for the tournament

You may notice that the event with the second most amount of added money is LongGammon This variant is basically simply all of each player's checkers start on their 24pt.

I am reporting the news. I am not informed enough to comment on the 'cleanliness' of this tournament or where the money comes from. I know only that others have expressed concerns, to say the least. Feel free to discuss it here/inform me.
