White has nine in the zone and will soon have more. So, making the slightly better "anchor" with 24/23 looks reasonable.

Race is about even, so I don't think volunteering shots is the right approach. The nine point doesn't block anything, so I doubt 13/9 is worth exposing 11 shots.

I'll go with 24/23 9/6. Can't say I like the stack or have any fondness for the two point, but I''m not seeing anything better. Maybe 9/5, but the deuce point anchor seems a bit better.
