Position and threats favor blue, but the edge in threats is not so large. Race favors white, but not by much. Seems to add up to D/T, but I'm not entirely sure about the take, so it must be a cube.

White has no board and a man on the roof, but blue has a homeboard blot with no direct covers, three men to run abound the board, an ugly stack on the midpoint, and a made ace point. A good practical double since some will muff the take decision.
