Race and threats, but not position, so PRAT says D/T. Is this right?

If white had an anchor instead of being split the Rule of Fours could be applied to arrive and almost, but not quite a cube. With the split instead of an anchor, that should push it into cube territory.

White's better board and blue's made ace point make me think it's a take.
