11/9* with the 2 then either 20/15 or 13/8 with the 5. I think 20/15 is better even though it leaves more shots because it keeps the mid and gives you a lot more ways to hit back if White hits any of your blots in either outfield. White will be leaving too many shots/blots to hit on his 10 point with 53,23, or 13.
