15/14/9 is definitely a candidate. Other plays include 15/10*/9, 15/10* 6/5, 6/1* 6/5, or 6/1* 15/14. All hitting plays give White more rolls to make a 2nd anchor so I'll play 15/14/9. Blue will be in great shape if White doesn't roll an ace to make the 23. If White does roll an ace, Blue will be bearing in against a well-timed 2/4 backgame which will make Blue a decent favorite in the game.
