I think R/T is correct. Blue has 9 numbers that make the 8 and these lose the market if White doesn't roll a 2. Other market losing sequences include rolls where Blue slots the 8 and White doesn't roll a 1 or 2 to move up plus D4 if White doesn't roll a 2. The take looks clear though.
