Blue has 8 rolls that can make a 5-point prime, but lacking those there are many combinations which put him in position to further his cause, without leaving a vulnerable blot.

Meanwhile, absent those 8 rolls, white has only 6 rolls in which he can escape. Escape leaves a vulnerable blot.

Double, and despite my optimistic outlook for blue, I suspect it is D/T
