Certainly a recube per the Woolsey rule. The 17 numbers that hit or bring the straggler into your inner board are huge mkt losers. The six that hit give Blue pretty good g chances. White doesn't get much value from owning the cube in this position. Almost all recubes by White will be after White hits and the vast majority of these will be big passes for Blue. I think it's a pass so R/P.
