If player on roll has two dice to gain what he wants (here either ace or 3) and opp has only one die to accomplish her goal (ace here), the probability that roller gets his first is 80%

You may or may not be guilty as the wording leaves you an out but since you requested flak I'll give it to you as if you're guilty. Let's make sure that those 'two dice to gain what he wants' all play as we want. In other words, in this position, any ace or three does not automatically close the board. [63 61] are forced in the outfield so they don't cover along with [33] that opens the board and might even be our worst roll.
