The small race lead makes stepping up to the 22 a serious contender, but it seems too passive to me.

Making the four point is another play worth a good look, but a solid four prime is usually better than a broken one so the seven seems more valuable here than the four.

The bloated six point is crying to be unstacked, so 8/7(2) 6/5(2).
