Position of the Day 04-01-26 - Which Anchor

Without the title of the thread, I would have woodenly played 22/18 21/18. I'm not positive that isn't still the right move.

However, I read somewhere that the anchors in order of preference are the 20-point, followed by the 21-point, and finally the 18-point, though weaker is still in the running.

So should I make the 21-point or the 18-point here? That is the question. If I make the 21-point, what do I do with the 4? It looks like everything leaves vulnerable blots. And if I don't, I've got those useless checkers on the 24-point. Or maybe they're not completely useless ...
