I've been thinking about this all day and don't think I did the math right.

3 rolls close the board. The other 33 give white at least a 30% chance to enter, or leap if not hit. Seems to add up to more than a 30% chance overall to be alive and racing after this sequence and 40 pip leads are quite resilient unless actually closed out. And it's not clear that blue can close the board the following roll, giving white more chances. Seems to be a take? Still not entirely sure, so I'm still shipping it for sure.
