I see one more option, 13/8 4/1, and I think it's worth leaving that hitting 64 in order to have a setup where if he doesn't do something to avoid it, we can either make the 5 point or POH on the 3 without leaving a blot next time. This also covers the ace with the right checker, the one that was a dilly builder.

Your 16/8 would be my second choice. I agree that the POH play is too risky on this turn. Looks to me that passive aggression is called for here!
