Idk if you changed XG's default rollout settings (3 ply/XGR) to switch after 12 moves to save time with a slow CPU? But that doesn't go along with making the rollout stronger and longer by increasing the search interval. In short, your rollout settings confuse me so lmk if there's any reason for it.
I've included a longer rollout below with standard settings (3 ply/XGR) and then a more robust rollout but only to 5k trials so it's not yet stat sig.
