We can fight for the 5 point by hitting, but even if we aren't hit, we might lose the 8 point next turn if we have to cover it with a 3. The 9 point is a good point, too, and I would make it here. If Oppo can't complete the anchor, we will be better prepared to attack on the 5 point next turn, either by making it outright or at least hitting loose with the "right checker", an ace from the stack on the 6.

Anyone else for some passive aggression here? 😁 bar/20 13/9 looks good to me.
