What's your GP and how do you execute it?

Whit's board is very strong and ours is almost useless. Race is dead even and will remain so after this play. So, my game plan is to avoid leaving shots and hope to break contact and race.
Granted, the race option isn't best since we have a lot of wastage, but attacking or priming aren't really on the menu.
How to implement that here? Hitting on the 16 seems to offer too many shots. Making the four or the nine seems to be the best options since stacking the six looks poor. Then again, three stripped outfield points cough up more shots than two, so maybe.
All these plays break connectivity, which is not good for avoiding leaving shots.
Making the nine blocks the straggler a bit better than the four, but the four is a permanent asset that might come in handy if we hit a shot. So, I'll make the four point. Not at all sure.
